For those of you unlucky enough not to live in Wales, you will be able to view the film on-line for one week after it is on telly. here's the link to click...

To Everyone at Port Talbot Motor Cycle Racing Club

I'd like to thank everyone who was present at Margam Park yesterday (Sunday 30th September 2007) for all your help and co-operation while we filmed for the BBC Wales X-ray item on Mini Motos.

It's a pleasure to do this job when the people we work with are as approachable and friendly as everyone at the event was.

The children in particular were a credit to their families and the clubs, and conducted themselves beautifully. You should really be proud of them, they are excellent ambassadors for the sport and thoroughly lovely young people.

The footage we gathered looks fantastic and will really bring the film to life. As I mentioned, we don't have a date for transmission yet, but I will let you know this as soon as possible.

I hope we will be able to add a link to our website where we aim to have the programme viewable for a week following transmission - so hopefully our friends in England will be able to enjoy the film as well.

Special thanks to Keith for being so helpful in the first place and allowing us to attend, Martin for allowing us to film from his (record breaking) bike, and Paul for his very useful comments.

I'm pleased we managed to film everything we could have wished for in a safe and (hopefully) unobtrusive way. I hope you all enjoyed the experience as much as we did.

If anyone has any queries please contact me via Keith.

Thanks again and all the best

Rachel at BBC Wales
